- I'm not sure this is the right newsgroup, but I've been trying to use the
- Borland C++ 2.0 IDE under OS/2 Warp in a DOS window, and keep getting
- message:
-
- === Error ===
-
- Can't Load
-
- E:\BORLANDC\OBJECT\SCANIPTB.EXE
-
- in a dialog box every time I try to run the project from the IDE. The file
- does of course exist in the target directory. The IDE compiles and links
- the exe fine.
-
- I haven't used BC C++ 2.0 in a _long_ time (I think it was under Borg), and
- _think_ I might've dropped something from my AUTOEXEC.BAT or CONFIG.SYS
- which is needed to allow me to debug and run programs from the IDE. I've
- searched for the disks (and in fact now have 5.0 on order [which includes
- 4.5.3?]), but have only located an even earlier version (TC 2.0?). The
- BORLANDC directory has been moved several times, and now resides in a HPFS
- partition.
-
- Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone knew of a condition which would cause the
- above dialog box.
